Purchase conditions/ Terms

Generally
For you, as a private person, the Distance Contracts and Consumer, which has strict rules, which means that the law applies even though you have agreed otherwise. For businesses, including individual traders, comes Sale of Goods Act, which is permissive, meaning that agreements between undertakings applies primarily before the law.

When you, as a private individual, have registered and made your order, you also agree that we store and use your information in our business to best fulfill our commitments to you. We protect your personal data under the Personal Data Act, and you are entitled to access the data as well as to have these deleted if you wish.

Should any condition be found invalid as per Swedish or EU law, this shall not mean that the terms of purchase in its entirety become void, but invalidate the invalid condition with equivalent legal text.

Ordering
If you are under 18, you must have guardian, ie. Parent's permission. Such permission can be given by a parent sending his express permission to us by e-mail. All false orders are tracked and reported to police, and if we suffered financial or other damage, we will demand damages.

VAT
It is clear in the webshop if prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT.

Delivery
Shipping terms appear in the checkout
Delivery time: In the webshop, all our goods are marked with delivery indication. We must, however, reserve that the delivery indication may be based on incorrect data, which means that delivery may occur earlier and later than estimated. We reserve the right to delete non-deliverable items from your order with deductions for the same. If you wish to order another, equivalent product, this is to be considered a new order. If you wish to cancel a product due to delays with delivery, this is possible until the product has been effected (see below under "Cancellation"). Partial deliveries are only made at your request and will incur additional shipping costs for you. Delivery: When you place your order, you will also find the delivery method you selected. Usually a item is sent by mail, but we may use another shipping agent. You pay the freight according to the freight forwarders price list. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you entered at the time of purchase is correct. Delivery is only in Sweden, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Unclaimed order
It is your responsibility to settle the shipment at the place of delivery within the time specified on avin. Unclaimed order charged with 250sek to cover our expenses.

Change of order
You can make changes to your order until the order has been effected. By effecting it is meant that invoice or freight handling has been created. If the change is approved and the item is in stock, any price differences will be adjusted according to the price applicable at the time of change. It is not possible to change an order when the order has been effected. Of course, orders already delivered from our system can not be changed.

Complaints and repurchases in some cases
If you are a private person received a damaged product, or if we sent the wrong item, you must complain the product immediately.If you, as an entrepreneur, have received a damaged product or have sent an incorrect product, please send a complaint to us as soon as you receive the product, provided you advertise the damage within the warranty period. Otherwise, we refer to the respective manufacturer or service center.For individuals, we follow the Distance Contract Act and the Consumer Buying Act, which means that you as a private individual are entitled to cancel your purchase up to 14 days from receipt of goods. Any return fee paid by the consumer.

It is for both individuals and companies that the damaged and inaccurate shipping item is to be returned in the same packaging and with the same transport company as it was received, together with a detailed description of the error. If we can not ship a new item to you within a reasonable period of time, we will refund your return shipping and what you paid for the damaged or incorrectly shipped item, but we will not refund the original shipping.

Compatibility problems often occur between different products and we therefore recommend that you find out as much as possible before making your order to avoid unnecessary costs. For example, do not use bactericidal agents associated with Scent Stop, a bacterial culture / microorganism.

Force majeure
Both parties shall be exempted from performance of the agreement on performance being prevented or substantially obstructed by circumstance that a party could not reasonably have or predicted. The following and similar circumstances shall be deemed to be exemptions where they impede or obstruct the performance of the agreement: fire, war, mobilization, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, general shortage of goods, shortage of means of transport, strike, lockout, restrictions on driving power and failure or delay of Deliveries from subcontractors that are due in the circumstances referred to in this paragraph or other circumstances that a party can not control which either prevents or obstructs performance by parties to such an extent that it can only be done at an abnormally high cost.


Dispute
If you are a private individual, we have a policy to always follow the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board. Dispute between companies is decided by a public Court.
